We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days in Original package, Unused and Re-sellable condition.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Please email us at info@vegaslacewigs.com and send your order number and request. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address .When we receive the returned items, we will inspect to see if you qualify for a refund. Items being worn or tampered with or without original package cannot be refunded. We guarantee money back on all acceptance returns.

You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from.
