Due to the fact that all wigs are custom made, when order is placed, we have a standard 7-10 business days processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. 

Once Shipped, you will receive a notification via email with you tracking number, standard shipping takes 2-3 business days if you are located in the USA, and 5-7 Days Internationally.

Physical address is necessary, please DO NOT leave P.O box as DHL cannot delivery. It is buyer’s responsibility to provide correct address for shipment.
